Our commitment

World Animal Rescue Network is committed to making this website accessible to everyone, including people with disabilities. We aim to conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 at level AA.

What we've done

• All images include descriptive alt text.
• Colour contrast ratios meet WCAG AA standards.
• The site is navigable by keyboard.
• We use semantic HTML throughout.
• FAQ sections use native <details> and <summary> elements for accessibility.
• Forms include associated labels for all inputs.

Known issues

We are a growing charity with limited resources. Some pages may not yet meet all WCAG 2.1 AA criteria. We are actively working to resolve known issues.
