How tribute donations work

    The current form includes a donation from £5. Share only the details you are comfortable submitting; your email stays private.

    Choose whether to give

    The tribute form records a memorial donation. It does not automatically match funds to your pet’s species or guarantee a particular rescue outcome. Check the funding information before continuing.

    Join the wall (optional)

    Tick the public sharing option only if you want your submitted memorial details considered for the wall. Publication follows review; there is no guaranteed publication date.

This form includes a donation of at least £5. For a way to remember them without giving or submitting personal details, explore our free remembrance ideas. There is no separate free public-submission form at present.

When available, the next step opens Stripe card checkout. If checkout is unavailable, the submission is saved as a donation enquiry and no payment is confirmed here. Public entries require review.

Pet memorial wall: questions and answers

What is a pet memorial wall?
A pet memorial wall is a place to share the name and a memory of a companion animal. WARN displays approved tributes when the person submitting them has opted in to public sharing. A private photograph, written memory or conversation is also a way to remember a pet.
How do I submit a tribute to WARN’s memorial wall?
The current tribute form includes a donation of at least £5 and an optional public-wall consent checkbox. If card checkout is available, it opens Stripe; otherwise the submission is stored for a manual donation enquiry. Publication requires review and is not immediate. WARN does not currently offer a separate free public-submission form.
Will my gift be matched to my pet’s species?
The tribute form records your pet’s species for the memorial, but it does not automatically restrict the gift to a species or a named animal. If you want to support a specific cause, read the appeal’s published fund terms or contact WARN before giving. No particular treatment or rescue outcome is guaranteed.
Do I have to make a donation to remember my pet?
No. You can read WARN’s pet loss guides, keep a private memory or use its remembrance ideas free of charge. Making a donation and sharing a public tribute are optional choices.
