Sponsor an animal through a recurring gift to a selected WARN appeal. Contributions are pooled for that purpose and proposed recipients are assessed before awards. Sponsorship does not assign a named animal or guarantee a particular treatment.

The form starts with the Karachi street dogs appeal. You can change to another appeal or choose unrestricted support. Read the appeal’s purpose before confirming; country and species guides provide context and do not themselves create a separate fund.
For cat sponsorship, the selected dog and cat meat-trade appeal covers both species. If your gift needs a narrower restriction, contact WARN before donating so it can be considered.

A completed payment is a donation to WARN. An approved grant, a payment to a recipient and a reported result are separate stages. Check the public grant register for published evidence.

Read the relevant appeal and grant register. Choose a specific appeal, or unrestricted support if you want WARN to allocate funds under its spending policy.

What could regular support make possible?
Depending on the selected appeal and an assessed proposal, support may contribute towards professional veterinary care, animal recovery, habitat protection, humane coexistence or emergency response.
The important unit is a realistic plan. Staff, transport, equipment, aftercare and reporting can all be necessary parts of useful work. WARN does not present suggested donation amounts as verified care costs or guarantee that a gift purchases a particular outcome.
A recurring gift can help build funds over time. Its impact still depends on selecting suitable work, agreeing a budget and verifying what the recipient delivers. Those are the decisions supporters should be able to follow.
From a donation to a documented decision
WARN will assess proposed recipients, authority to carry out the work, animal welfare standards, realistic costs and reporting before an award. An appeal being open does not establish that a recipient has been selected or paid.
The 80% programme allocation is a target for unrestricted donations, not an audited result or a guaranteed share already transferred from your gift. Read the spending policy and recipient selection process.
Grant register
Approved commitments and completed payments are different stages. Public records identify recipients and purposes without exposing donor details, banking information or sensitive wildlife locations.

A business, school or community group can help raise funds around a clear animal welfare purpose. Options to discuss include matched giving, employee fundraising or a larger proposed contribution to an appeal.
Before describing a clinic day, care package or rescue as fully funded, WARN needs an agreed recipient, scope, costed proposal and reporting terms. There is no fixed-price project package promised here. Any use of names, logos or a partnership claim needs agreement too.
