Clownfish — genus Amphiprion — are small, brightly coloured reef fish famous for their symbiosis with sea anemones. The ocellaris clownfish, popularised by animation, has an orange body with three white bands edged in black. Clownfish shelter among anemone tentacles, immune to stings, and feed on algae, plankton and anemone leftovers. Life in the anemone
